Curioso por saber qué está pasando con el informe de la BOI…

Sí, un juez de Texas presentó una orden judicial la semana pasada.

En este momento, la presentación del informe de la BOIR se considera voluntaria.

La semana pasada, compartí en un Masterclass los detalles importantes para presentar el informe de la BOI y ese mismo día, un juez federal presentó una orden judicial.

La fecha límite para presentar el informe de la BOI originalmente era el 31 de diciembre y no cumplirla implicaba sanciones. Sin embargo, una sentencia reciente lo cambió todo:

La presentación del Reporte BOI ahora es voluntaria y, si no lo presentas en este momento, no se te aplicarán sanciones ni estarás sujeto a responsabilidad mientras la orden judicial preliminar siga vigente.

Si bien ya no estás obligado a presentar la denuncia, es posible que desees enviarla de manera proactiva.

Yo recomiendo que se haga, como lo compartí en el Masterclass Responsabilidades Esenciales de tu LLC, mejor hacerlo y tener ese proceso listo (es solamente una vez) y asi, si vuelven a requerirlo, ya lo tendrás listo y no deberás preocuparte. Si ya lo declaraste, ya no tienes que hacer nada.
